3. Purchase Orders & Account Approval
Access to pricing, catalogs, and the ability to submit purchase orders (“POs”) may require an approved wholesale account.
All submitted POs are requests for order fulfillment and are subject to review and acceptance by Powertek Athletic. Submission of a PO through our Site does not constitute a completed sale or binding agreement until accepted by us in writing or through subsequent communication.
4. Pricing, Payment & Invoicing
Prices displayed on our Site are intended for approved wholesale customers and may be subject to change without notice.
All payments are processed outside of the website following order acceptance. Accepted payment methods and terms (including prepayment or invoicing) will be communicated directly between Powertek Athletic and the customer.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any PO containing incorrect information, even after submission.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines are determined after order review and acceptance. Customers will be notified of applicable shipping fees prior to invoicing or payment.
Powertek Athletic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
